Corporate Compliance Program 

Amphastar's Corporate Compliance Program applies to all employees of Amphastar and its subsidiaries. The program includes the systems, policies, and procedures to guide Amphastar and its subsidiaries in their efforts to comply with laws and regulations, which includes monitoring our efforts and correcting non-compliance issues. Because Amphastar and its subsidiaries are US companies, US law may apply to Amphastar and its subsidiaries' conduct outside the US.
